Edna Mae (Doan) Ratliff

Mrs. Edna Mae Ratliff, age 91, of Salem, passed away Saturday, June 19 at Salem Crossing.

Mrs. Ratliff was born January 29, 1930 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Wilbur E. and Anna Ragains Doan.  She was a former employee of G.C. Murphy and Meadow View Health Care in Salem. She was a member of Salem Nazarene Church.

Edna is survived by her son:  Rodney Ratliff (Sherry) of Salem, two grandchildren:  Melissa Payton and Roger Burton and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers:  Earl, Glen, and Kenneth Doan, two sisters:  Geneva Doan and Mildred Cauble and her parents.

Visitation will be Thursday from 10AM-Noon at Weathers Funeral Home and a graveside service and burial will follow at 1PM at Kay’s Chapel Cemetery in Fredericksburg.
