George Nelson LaHue

Mr. George Nelson LaHue, age 75, of Salem, passed away Thursday, March 4 at St. Vincent Salem Hospital.

Mr. LaHue was born December 22, 1945 in Marengo, Indiana the son of Phillip and Dorothy Satterfield LaHue. He attended Austin Pilgrim Holiness Church.

He is survived by one son: Anthony (Sheila) LaHue of Salem, two daughters: Janice LaHue of Scottsburg, and Sue Miller of Anderson, two brothers: Jim LaHue and Paul LaHue, a half-brother: Leon Meriwether, 9 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Josephine Lee LaHue they were married June 1, 1963. He is also preceded by two half-brothers: Ralph Meriwether and Thomas Sturgeon, a sister: Linda Bean, and his parents.

Cremation was chosen there will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
