Harley Lee Smith

Harley Lee Smith, age 25, of Salem, passed away Sunday, March 21, at University of Louisville Hospital.

Harley was born September 7, 1995 in Clark County, Indiana the son of Randy L. Smith and Lou Ann Feeler Crady Smith. He was a former employee at Blue River Wood Products.

He is survived by three brothers: Daniel Crady, Samiel Crady, and Billy Jack Smith, two sisters: Allison Collins and Terrie Lester, several nieces and nephews, and his mother:  Lou Ann Smith.  He was preceded in death by his father:  Randy Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bunker Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 10AM-until time of service at the funeral home.
