Jerry Phillip Russell

Mr. Jerry Phillip Russell age 66 of Salem passed away Sunday, August 4.

Mr. Russell was born September 17, 1952 in Washington County the son of Conrad and Loretta Faye Howard Russell. He was a farmer, and former employee of Kimball’s in Borden and the Cheese Factory in Salem.

He is survived by a son: Chad Russell of Salem, two daughters: Jessica Russell and Mandy Bowling (Travis) both of Salem, the mother of his children: Debbie Jones Russell of Salem, two brothers: Terry R. Russell of Salem, and Larry C. “Buddy” Russell of Campbellsburg, four sisters: Stella Lockard, Connie Faye Nichols (Trent), Rita Lewis (Jerral), and Tammie G. Quinlin all of Salem, 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and his father Conrad B. Russell of Salem. He is preceded in death by one grandchild and his mother Loretta Faye Russell.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday from 9AM-until time of service at the funeral home.
