Mark Allen Field

Mr. Mark Allen Field, age 71, of Madison, passed away Wednesday, March 31 at Hosparus Inpatient Unit in Louisville.

Mr. Field was born January 20, 1950 in Haubstadt, Indiana the son of Gene and Dorothy Greubel Field.  He was a retired CRNA at Community Hospital in Anderson, Indiana.  He was a former member of Army National Guard.

Mark is survived by his wife:  Judy Romage Field.  They were married November 24, 1994.  He is also survived by two daughters:  Jessica Crowhorn (Jason) of Salem and Allison Field of Evansville, a brother:  Jack Field (Sara) of Haubstadt, Indiana, and a sister:  Marcia Scott-Giesige of Defiance, Ohio.  He was preceded in death by a brother:  Charlie Field, a sister:  Sue Schmitt, and his parents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home with Father Santhosh Yohannan officiating.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from 9AM-time of service at the funeral home.
