Nancy Elizabeth (Zeigenbein) Gibbons

Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Gibbons, age 71, of Campbellsburg, passed away Friday, January 6 at her home.

Mrs. Gibbons was born October 10, 1951, in Missouri the daughter of Lewis Edward Zeigenbein and Cleta Thompson Zeigenbein.  She was retired from Meadowview Health Care and Rehab in Salem.

Nancy is survived by her husband:  David Ray Gibbons of Campbellsburg.  They were married April 20, 1969.  She is also survived by a son:  Leslie Lee Gibbons (Suzie) of Campbellsburg, a brother:  David Zeigenbein of Campbellsburg, a sister:  Martha Carey of Vincennes, three grandchildren:  Michael Gibbons, Lewis Gibbons, and Rachel Fields, and 6 great-grandchildren:  Akira Gibbons, Roseleana Gibbons, Faith Gibbons, Mavis Fields, Greysyn Fields and Macey Fields.

She was preceded in death by a son:  Douglas Aaron Gibbons, a brother:  Jack Zeigenbein, and her parents.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11AM at Weathers Funeral Home with Rodney Sweeney officiating.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8PM and Wednesday from 10AM-time of service.
