Peggy L (Brown) Bagshaw

Mrs. Peggy L. Bagshaw, age 87, of Corydon, passed away Friday, April 30 at Harrison Springs Health Campus.

Mrs. Bagshaw was born July 4, 1933 in Campbellsburg the daughter of Lovell and Beatrice Chastain Brown. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Hamilton, a daughter: Patricia Stewart, a sister: June Hobbs, and her parents. She is survived by a daughter: Linda Faith of Corydon, two brothers: Denny Brown of New Salisbury, and Phillip “Butch” Brown of Campbellsburg, two sisters: Diane Sweeney of Salem, and Dottie Brown of Campbellsburg, five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 4 at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from 9AM-until time of service at the funeral home.
