Peggy Sue Powers

Peggy Sue Powers, age 59, of Salem, passed away Wednesday, April 20 at Meadow View Health Care and Rehab.

Miss Powers was born August 14, 1962, in Salem the daughter of Charles E. and Mary Latimer Powers. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. She worked at Blue River Services and the Salem Library.

Peggy is survived by two brothers: Thomas Powers of Seminole, FL, and William L. Powers of Pekin, and a sister: Betty Jean Parker of Colorado Springs, CO. She is preceded in death by a brother: Charles Powers, a sister: Pamela Ann Landreth, and her parents.

A funeral mass will be held at 1PM, Monday, April 25 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
