Mr. Steven R. Wingler, age 68, of Salem, passed away Sunday, April 24 at University of Louisville Hospital.
Mr. Wingler was born May 1, 1953 in Salem the son of Lloyd Clinton Wingler Sr. and Norma Jean Bottorf Wingler. He was a lifelong member of the Campbellsburg Conservation Club.
He is survived by his wife: Sherri White Wingler. They were married August 19, 2009. He is also survived by two sons: Dusty Ray Wingler (Somer) of Mitchell, and Trent A. Wingler (Kim) of Campbellsburg. Two brothers: Tony Wingler and Terry Wingler (Tammy) both of Campbellsburg, two sisters: Janice Norell and Sherry Wheeler both of Loogootee, three grandchildren: Eliza Wingler of Salem, Sam Gillespie of Mitchell, and Katlyn Wingler of Campbellsburg, and two great-grandsons: Xavier and Marcus Jr.
He is preceded in death by a brother: Dannie Wingler, and his parents.
Cremation was chosen, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
