Theresa L. Smith

Mrs. Theresa L. Smith, age 64, of Pekin, passed away Wednesday, March 30 at her home.

Mrs. Smith was born October 15, 1957, in Salem the daughter of Daniel Thompson and Patricia L. Hibbs Motsinger. She was a member of Mt. Zion Church.

She is survived by her husband: Karl “Butch” Smith. They were married April 4, 1980. She is also survived by her mother: Patricia Motsinger of Salem, a son: Joseph K. Smith (Beverly) of Pekin, two daughters: Amie L. Whittle (David) of Memphis, and Ashlie D. Padgett (Timothy Ryan) of Sellersburg, three sisters: Julie Cook of Pekin, Kristi Nash of Salem, and Tracey Harris of Milltown, 11 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by a brother: Steven Thompson, and her father: Daniel Thompson.
